Room conversations and recurring tasks

Trigger tasks with @Agent, schedule minute or hour loops and stop recurring execution from a Room.

Updated

Trigger a task from chat

Select a project in Team Agents, open Agent Chat and create a session. Enter an @agent name and task; ordinary messages do not start an agent. Conversation history stays in that project and session, while agents can read the current project's issue board.

Create a recurring task

Use @Agent /loop interval prompt. Intervals accept integer minutes m or hours h from one minute to 24 hours, such as 1m, 5m, 30m or 2h. Recurring tasks continue to execute and consume model usage. Validate a single run before enabling a loop.

@researcher /loop stop
The stop command stops recurring plans for that agent. Inspect already-started tasks and cancel them separately if necessary; stopping a schedule is not proof that a running task has ended.

Live status and logs

The latest reply from a running agent shows an animated avatar. A long task shows its miniature event timeline on the final reply for that task. Colors distinguish events and segment lengths reflect duration; the detail button opens the same log presentation as task details.

After sending, continue reading the conversation. If a task fails, inspect its stage and request id instead of repeatedly sending the same command. For loop issues, include agent name, task id and schedule interval.
